I haven't even attempted to estimate how many shares of the 73 million from the Sept 2021 PP have been sold in order to strip out the warrants.

And then there's the 6.5 million share PP last December but they are barely in the money at the current stock price. ... and we can't forget that Soresen had 34 million shares when he ceased to be an insider in January 2018. 16 million of those he got for $0.10 and the other 18 million at $0.20. No idea how many of those he still holds.

So there are a lot of shares out there obtained for way less than the current stock price... at least 100 million.. representing about 20% of the float. Will be interested to see the share/warrant/options numbers in the Q1 MD&A.
