It is obvious by the number of small trades that take place. While much of the back and forth 100 or 200 dollar trades is computer generated, others are small players trying to make a few bucks. These are the traders that fall prey to fear. They try to time the markets, which are impossible since most successful traders will tell you the stocks are very unpredictable and random, unlike commodities.
The past few weeks have been relatively slow for GGD with below average trade volumes, and correspondingly high volatility.
With the demand for silver rising, and likely exceeding production, prices will need to move higher. At some point miners will catch up.
