Shares added: 64m in 9 years = 7.1m/year = roughly 12.6%.   = "NORMAL".

Most of that share growth went to stock-based compensation in various forms.
1. Executive bonuses.
2. C-Suite and BoD compensated with shares instead of cash (partial or wholly).
3. Employee share purchase plan (a small part of the pie).
4. Shares granted to top-level employees of eight companies acquired over the past 9 years: Scroon, Secusmart, Movirtu, Watchdox, AtHoc, Good, Encription, Cylance.
