RE:Gorf79???Gorf, I have no problem with folks expressing negative viewpints, I am sure that there are many on here that at one time or another have felt that the management process might have gone a little differently.
That being said, as retail shareholders we do not have, nor are we likely to have a complete understanding of the motivations which create the total decision making process. For most of us it's interpretation and a bit of a guessing game.
As has been said many times, it's the science which has us here.
. I would be curious to know. Do you have shares in the company? If so, then there must have been something that caused you to make that decision.
If you do not then you must have some ulterior motive, or perhaps you just like to create a little havoc.
Considering that TLT is currently a small biotech albeit with an extremely exciting technology one might assume that you are being paid to disrupt the companies prospects. That would seem to be a logical conclusion.
On the other hand perhaps you are an disgruntled ex-employee who feels that he has an axe to grind, either way, it's a sad way to waste your time.
As a matter of interest, have you read over the Law Commission of Ontario (LCO) proposed changes to Defamation, ie, Defamation Law In The Internet Age.
