I never asked for or need your help nor do I need to be saved from greasy promoters and quite frankly neither do those who are here that is quite condescending to think so. Bottom line is people need to do their due diligence and instead of whining as you are look after their assets through proper share management if they can’t do that they best put their hard earned monies into GIC and bonds if they want better returns and don’t know how to look after their monies find a professional money manager who does rather than trying to save a few bucks on discount trading you will get slaughtered. I again speak as I do because I am the slaughtered but I know well enough what the game is and biatching about things only results in failure. If one wants to gain take the profits and figure out your sell points if you are either too lazy inexperienced or not disciplined you will surely lose more than you ever gain and will do what you stockman after 20 years are doing and should not be blaming a crooked and systemic rigged system in which in knowing if you swim with sharks either you stay out of the water or how to survive among them. I am a first level legal and certified person with a BA majoring in this stuff so regardless of quote unquote swindled scared there is no legs to stand on to make your case. All the documents are filed in accordance to legal obligations nothing has been altered people can read what the company has done name change or not this is simply right now a failed company nothing more nothing less. I don’t doubt its intents to do what it set out to do but because of lockdowns supply chain issues etc this company can not reasonably fulfill any of the intentions involving all the other parts of the business regarding vehicles charging walls eco vile bus stations etc so they did say folks we are pivoting to things we think can build share value. Nowhere did the company as to my knowledge and recollection say we have and will but intend and expect to as is tightly regulated by the exchange or they will be halted and asked to do so and make the revisions and it all has to do with legality that stockman is why one will hardly win any cases against companies and good luck in doing so.
