You are ignoring the obvious and most in your face scenario.

There is 0 demand for Aliis from any Buyers and as such no sales have been made or will ever been made.

We have been fed BS lies to make it look like revenue was coming and we know now it was all baloney.

The Endoscope isnt even available for sale let alone available with Aliis so why even mention it ?

They released 0 details about monetary sales BECAUSE THERE ARE NONE.
