it encourages me to avoid them altogether and finally fulfill my word to get off the boards thank you all at least for holding me accountable on that whether you know it or not. This is all too exhausting really. As long as people are happy making money then honestly I am too because I know what I have and continue to do and I know I will be constantly refining my tactics. As far as my defending companies unless I am 100 percent certain without any question of a doubt I can't legally call anyone shady or a fraudster no matter how much things may appear to be so on circumstantial evidence by law you just can't unless you have what is called the smoking gun the intent and corresponding overlapping mens rae the guilty mind and actus rheas the action without either you can't call it to be a crime. This gets all crazy for instance if people have house breaking instruments in their cars and a cop happens to come across them they can't charge you with a crime but can confiscate your things...there was no action and how does the cop say you had intent and on what and who. They can infer you have the equipment to commit burglary but that is all inference and the equipment circumstantial evidence they would need to see a person physically do the deed. Now here is something interesting if a person has blue prints of casing a place a specific target and all the details etc as well as sees equipment lying around yes that is a crime as to who is in possession of the equipment and blue print that is a simple example now let's put a twist what if that was planted on someone? Do you guys understand all these analogies.. any hint of doubt you need to fill them to the burden of beyond a reasonable doubt this is why proving what we are talking about is so complicated to near impossible and given if you did not enjoy the anonymity of being anonymous posters and as I am sure you know I would never come out and say what you are because legally as I said that is all slander and defamation bit if you guys who are doing it want to I have said what I have and I also said I don't report anyone I handle my issues with those I have them with. Having said this morally and ethically I don't disagree that people should potentially go above and beyond what is expected of them create good will and be as transparent as they can but even so circumstances can change. There have been times I called ir and asked if there will likely need to be a raise and I was told not for the foreseeable future and two weeks later a raise was done. What can you say? That however is a strike on the company's credibility. I used to talk to ir quite a bit but the thing people have to understand whether I am naive or not is the company wants to give optimistic outlooks they don't want to give a negative one as yes people will start dumping shares and if they want to raise they will blow up their share count there is that and maybe just maybe they truly believe things will happen..again are they sincere on intent or not? Some people pmd me about Natcore saying it seems like the company is stringing people along and yes after 3 years I can imagine why but management was hooked up to highly renowned solar cell researcher so the intent was to get something done. The researchers had their papers peer reviewed and won awards in the end the company did not succeed never had a product out as it was all testing testing developing and unfortunately just not something the field was willing to pay for. That happens...scam no scam? Anyways folks all perspective and all things to consider and to know stocks when handled wrong are risky and will result in heavy loss when handled otherwise well better results you have to knowvand calculate your risks and simply see them through that's all you can do as well as find different ways to start making not losing money. Ultimately you are making buy sell and hold and unfortunately as unsympathetic as I may sound it will be no different than everyone in this whole darn stock structure. I do wish everyone the best my words are hard to say be careful wake up and when you stop blaming everyone and everything other than yourself and claim it you will start to make profit I did and especially when I followed my plans most otherwise meaning all determined triggers those I find are the best way to go about things other than that one will have to find what works for them...good luck all.
