Now Do You See?Do you see how the world revolves around the Fed now? Did you see today's carnage from the Fed simply speaking yesterday? He hasn't even acted yet but he will just as I said and warned about. People said it wouldn't affect WELL, it will regardless of how impervious to the cost of money and inflation people want to think WELL is. They're not. People here were saying he wouldn't raise and yet he raised 25bps once already. At least a 50bps raise coming in less than two weeks and this is just the start. The Fed's words are always! well calculated since markets parse every single word the Fed says. Have you been watching the bond market this year? Have you seen bond yields plumping like my belly at Christmas? It's all about a risk/reward tradeoff.
