RE:Time for new CEO to click present.fbedard:
The letter of intent for the milling of the bulk sample with Pershimex was signed with Abcourt prior to Mr. Hamelin's appointment as the new CEO. Mr. Hinse probably authorized the deal. And since he seems to be the most money savy, the Abcourt board may have all been on board with the deal.
Clearly at this present moment in time, Abcourt Mines, needs extra cash!
And the Abcourt Board is watching the new CEO at work! He will be given some time to perform.
Pershimex is hoping for some profit from the milling of its sample because there is some significant amount of gold involved. But there is no guarantee of any exact amount of profit for Pershimex.
"...The extraction of the bulk will allow Pershimex to confirm its exploration model while generating a
possible profit on this operation. The technical data collected will be used to maximize future development work and thus increase the value of each ounce of gold at the Pershing-Manitou deposit..."
Pershimex doesn't have a mine yet, but one day, it may!

I am of the opinion that Mr. Hamelin may believe that additional toll milling may have some place in Abcourt's future. It's good to keep all profit producing options open and on the table. This is especially true, for now, while Covid transmission is still so very problematic. Mr. Hinse has used this option in the past to make some additional revenue for the company. When the survival instinct kicks in, great minds, do think alike!
As far as the present price of Abcourt's shares is concerned, another apparent bargain, again presents itself, for all potential Abcourt shareholders. I picked up a good amount of shares, a few months ago, at 8 cents each.
I don't bemoan anyone else who may also feel that shares at this price, may some day, represent an incredible deal. It's a lot harder and more expensive to purchase an equivalent number of shares at 12, 15 cents, or even, very much higher. Welcome to anyone else who decides to prevail themselves of another possible,
golden opportunity, to make a lot of money! So for the gambler, now may be the better, time to buy!
I think that Mr. Hamelin should issue a press release when he has something of significance to announce.
Now is not the time to engage shareholders in virtue signaling platitudes. We already have a Prime Minister of our nation who is an expert at doing just that. He is good at talking up a storm with embellished language while accomplishing, so very little.
Abcourt shareholders need a CEO who can demonstrate that he can get things done. It will take some time.
But for now, the company needs to get their private placement done. Luckily, Mr. Hinse seems to still have plenty of capital left to accomplish whatever the market, can't seem to bear.
His past royalty payments may offer, yet some significant value to Abcourt shareholders, if he steps up to the plate and fills it up. The necessary additional funds, may not arrive on time.
The past has given an indication of what may yet happen, once again. Like so many on the Board, Mr. Hinse has his significant capital investment, to protect!
We will have to wait and see. Abcourt shareholders have been getting good at waiting. But patience is wearing, just a little thin.
We need some update on the timeline for the SG mine to become a commercial and viable operation. The marginal operation at Elder can only be useful if it is mining at near to its full capacity.
If Abcourt has its two mines up and running, all out, then we may well be surprised with the strength in the share price!
Mr. Pascal Hamelin may still be 'kicking the tires', so to speak, to see, what his money can buy. I hope that he may decide to participate in the private placement as well.
That would give us a better indication as to his real opinion about what he believes that he can accomplish with this company. Hopefully, he still has some significant amount of cash, with which, to wisely invest!
We need Abcourt to be a good investment. Not just a gamble!
All the best! Java
