RE:RE:RE:Nanoxplore needs money to build production facilityTo my way of thinking, 1Student, you are overcomplicating the financing issue facing Nanoxplore.
Without knowing details of any partnership agreement twixt Nanoxplore and Martinrea concerning sales of their respective holdings of Voltaxplore, I think the raising of the capital necessary
to propel Voltaxplore's progress should be up to Volta, with no mandatory actions/contributions placed on either Nanoxplore of Martinrea.
Voltaxplore should be ( probably is) taking its now proven technology to all propective stakeholders - investors, Federal and Provincial Governments, potential customers etc - to secure financing at whatever terms/cost the company deems viable. Perhaps your Jeff Dahn would play some part in this process, he certainly seems to have the credentials. Sounds like you think his approval could bring in Mr Musk which would sort out any financing difficulties in less than a nonosecond.
But my point is that Nanoxplore should not put its future at significant risk by staking too huge a bet on the battery success. It has a pretty viable future as the worlds major supplier of graphene to an industry segment that is just getting started.
But what do I know?
