RE:Special meeting

Having said that as well, there's only a couple of reasons why they would call a special meeting. Directorial issues is one and something that falls under the category of amalgamation. Something that needs common shareholder approval. Everything else would usually come up at quarterlies or annals or simply put out a press release. Even bankruptcies usually don't call for special meetings. If that was the case, I think they would have to put a title to the meeting. All there actions, as of late, sure looks like that amalgamation possibly is more likely the not.

They called the meeting because they are legally obligated to. It's the law. And the timing means nothing, most companies always do it mid/end of q2 so budgets/debt/progress can be addressed. You guys are reading far too much into this.
