This market making and short selling shares that aren't even owned by the perps should be outlawed because it kills companies of good potential before they even have a chance and because there is negligible full service banking and brokering and restricted advertising in the US, it is amazing that any potpreneurs are showing profits.
Perseverence and the willingness to do work arounds and navigate difficult minefields of law and policy works in some cases.
I especially believe that it is harder for Canadian inspired companies to do business on US soil, probably because we have a headstart and Americans are protectionist. I hope they are lobbying for swinging the gates open to the US greenrush.
