stockman there you go again twisting facts. First off what if this company gets product out huh? I have said a few things very clearly just in case you missed them. I said I will not put another cent here unless I see product which means I expect product in fact I have said I am waiting to see it come through Daymak. I further said the company will either sink or swim and yes I have nothing much to lose and for me to break even the equity will need to get to .31 or so. Let me ask you something do you honestly think this company will increase very much without product coming down the commercial channel not a chance the company will need more plus booked revenue. Quite honestly I don't know what your problem is and quite honestly I am disgusted you keep twisting facts. Now I have clearly said if people feel so strongly to do something I encourage you and applaud you for that. But I will also tell you with all that I know and people who tried to do anything against companies they all failed be it class action or trying to be a whistle blower. I had people at qsolar which I was invested in trying to launch a class action with the hopes to recover monies they couldn't. I was invested with Pat One and someone I know and was fairly close to was busting his ars writing with reams and reams of facts to IROC was constantly rebuffed by them. Leaving all this aside if I felt like any of you about the junior markets and feeling swindled I would gladly sign the petition. But here is the problem and I have been very honest and up front with all I have said every damn penny company is high risk some more along the way than others. People who are listed are at varying levels of development and the fundamentals of public raises is to get monies to finance ideas and concepts some of what become reality the majority of what fail. Again the notion of knowing this philosophically makes me understand that any company i put money into may or may not succeed. Unless there is flagrant misinformation of facts which is usually nipped out by the regulators for me it is caveat emptor. Of I was so fed up I would stop putting monies in junior companies and put them in on main exchange stocks. I have accepted what goes on with pennies that is simply the nature of the beast. Now seriously I hope you guys find your victory here so at least you will have your full satisfaction but I don't share it and that is not mine. Mine is seeing this company fulfill what I want to see it fulfil I expect the three wheelers I expect the charging walls I expect things that this company has set out to do and I expect to see it start to emerge later this year into the coming one. I have accepted what they have said their pivot and their desire to see things through and I have given my full reasons to reject peoples terminology of calling this shady scam and fraud as I have painfully and thoroughly explained. Now either this company proves itself to me or you guys close it down and honestly I wish you all the luck as I will have what is left until now one of two things happen you are successful or the company in delivering is. I will love to see where this goes and I am hoping that finally with the filings that you guys will be revealed to the company face to face that makes me respect all thus way more whether I agree or not which clearly I don't on the basis that I don't see this as you described at worst it is as I said to date less than a year in a failed company again I see no fraud here all documents have been filed as legally required. I see this company as I see all the others that are in its position on that is struggling to get done what it had intended to do. If I saw no desire to do anything I would be not happy again I don't see anything of the such. So here just to be clear I wait either this gets taken down by your move against the company which is highly unlikely even more so than what you guys say of this commercially doing anything or it succeeds in getting things out over time which is quite frankly way more like than this petition even so I applaud it because finally you guys are biting and I had encouraged it whether I agree or not because you are doing what you believe in as am I. I am confident in time products will come out and I will wait for that.
