WHAT IF THIS REIT FLOPS LIKE COMINARDespite prudent moves in structuring the REIT with a solid balance sheet and low payout ratio, we all know the favored REITS of the past like CUF.UN, AX.UN, and HR.UN began a long nasty downtrend with eventual dividend cuts, forcing them into "strategic options".  Is PMZ destined to do the same? Lots of pressure on management and Mr Avery to deliver
