RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Special meeting Hard to say what pwc is there for.. I think it's fair to say now we know tvc is insolvent, and a lender is forcing that to happen. They have helped companies get financing, restructuring and facilitate joint ventures... but they're more known for liquidation.
