RE:Quarterhill Announces Annual Meeting Results

RE:Quarterhill Announces Annual Meeting Results

John and Jim had 20% of shareholders vote against them.  This is extremely rare and only happens 1 out of 50,000 votes on the TSX.

The bottom 0.002% percent of Directors.  This is a nice legacy to end their tenure.

They should immediately resign following this result as a courtesy to shareholders.

When Q1 results highlight the ITS blowup, they should immediately resign.

My definition of ITS blowup is EBITDA below last quarter's.

51% premium to purchase IRD.  140% acquisition premium of ETC.  People with no ITS experience spent $213M to purchase ITS assets that were worth $93M in the hands of the prior owners.

Just don't do the math on the Cannacord model if the market reprices back to the previous owner purchase price.
