RE:RE:Can anyone comment?entire canadian microcap market is full of companies with cheap shares given to insiders, financing parties, etc. They can be sold to the public at almost any price for an almost total profit for the people who got them.
idk if that's the case with NBM in particular, but the rude awakening retail investors have had over the last few years as -heavily- killed the momentum that the microcap market had last year. Look at the forums, subreddits, etc. they realize this is mostly BS. There have been maybe a handful of posts in the most popular subreddit (r/pennystocks) over the last two weeks when those used to be only in one day.
IOW, if a stock - any stock at all - goes up, they get out as fast as they can. Most are just trying to recoup losses at this point, not make gains. And those wise enough to know this fact but are in the latter camp will just take a gain as soon as they can, because they know the trajectory is heavy downward by default.
Canada's governmens will have to, for the first damn time, take a serious look at what is going on and fix it because the reputation of canada's place in the world equity markets is going down and very fast.
