RE:RE:Bombardier Alstom Statement re: BT

RE:RE:Bombardier Alstom Statement re: BTYou know Bago.

I'm not having this discussion with you. Because you don't have a clue as to what's happening. Or what happened. Because you're assuming that Alstom is the one suing here. Alstom wants arbitration to resolve this. You sound like someone that maybe came in after the fact and bought some chear B's here and sold. Now you're back. Well do your own research. You have no idea what you just read. If Alstom is in the right as you say. Why wouldn't they chose to go to court. Why don't you read my post just bellow about my comments on the Globe Newswire article first, & then GOOGLE the events of the closing. Just so that you can get caught up. You're also on my last nerve here too. Next time thank me for replying to your post and educating you. Or you'll just be another IGNORAMUS casualty here.

Alstom. The bomber is not the plaintiff here!
The only positive result here is the bomber avoids
a judgement against but will incur legal costs.
BTW you are not a nice fella like you come across
at first, you insult and talk a lot of smack which
isn't always correct or has materailized yet.
For me, just happy I took my profits and back in
trying to make another run.
