Hard to know...I thik it really depends upon whether the insiders (ie BoD and Senior Management) think they can still siphon significant funds from it or not. So far it relly has been an ATM for the insiders so if that ceases to be the case then probably we will see this go the way of the Dodo bird. There is clearly someon out there wanting to sell over 200,000 shares at 0.065 and I doubt anyone retail investor is making money at that level so it makes one wonder just who is selling.........
