RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bombardier Alstom Statement re: BT859
One of the reasons that arbitration is chosen is that the legal fees are minimal compared to an adverserial court case. If Bago (the box of rocks) would have checked out, legal fees in America during an arbitration case do not come into play for either party. That is why arbitration is, besides being faster, used as legal fees in almost all cases do not come into play !

This is why Club is upset at you. You deserve it. Now I'm frustrated with your with your Misrepresentation of the ongoings here.
Just because you keep repeating something over and over doesn't make it correct nor True. "Alstom din't sue Bombardier" They didn't sue. This is Arbitration. Nobody suing anybody. I know the post sounds misleading to you. But you just don't have the knowledge or background of the case. So just stop posting this stupid statement of yours everytime. Bombardier intiated this, because the money is Bombardiers. People just can't keep correcting you every second.
bago wrote: Did the bomber claim their 400 million issue with
a lawsuit lol. The answer is no! Alstom didn't have to
even out anything. Not sure what you are all trying to
spin here. Alstom filed a lawsuit aagainst the bomber
that's it and now Alstom and the bomber to go to arbitration
and any result does not bring any cash the bomber's way
but could be costly. They could litrally lose a years of
FCF if they wre to lose. Even if nothing comes of it,
they are out legal costs. Where is the positive here?
Who cares the tactic as the bomber is on defense.
The permbulls here are not sure sounding very wise
or knowledgeable while pointing the finger at others.
Just look at the action on the stock, that should tell you
this is not a positive scenario for the bomber. Another cloud
over that will last a couple of years now unless they come to some
kind of agreement and a chance Alstom walks away wiith
something.
