RE:Ninepoint Energy Fund

RE:Ninepoint Energy Fund
"EN must like this stock".
Whats not to like?  I'm pretty certain that by end of Q2 this year they will have reduced their net debt to about 1.4 billion, down from $2 billion at year end '21. CPG said somewhere recently that their target level for debt was $1.3 to $1.4 billion, so they will have most likely achieved this target by end Q2... at that point there would be less focus put on debt reduction and more FCF would be directed to shareholder returns.  So starting Q3 of this year they will be directing maybe half of their FCF to shareholder returns--either share buy backs or dividends.  At WTI of $100 the FCF will be close to $400 million per quarter.  Be prepared for massively increased share buy backs and substantial dividend increases in H2 of this year.  They could double the dividend and not even blink with the FCF they will likely produce.
