RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting DevelopmentsI was thinking about permits Kinross would require to actually start mining their ground on an open pit basis. For sure PGM has what they need for their current operation but they have mentioned about getting upgraded permits for higher tonnage and the last time the mentioned them it was still in process. Moving the mill would require all new permits and probably 2 years or more to complete. Not a quick replacement for lost ounces. If Kinross was planning U/G it is a long time as well.  

I can give Kinross a very slim chance but I still think if there is a white knight in the works to save the company it is Anglo. IMO odds of Anglo are better than Kinross....but not much better.
