But I want to say that your comment kinda makes some sense to me. I heard a podcast from a guy at PGM that has been there for about three months. Again kinda (for better words) makes a bit of sense. There is one positive thing that I can say..... They only have so much money so they have to go like stink and succeed or everyone there is toast. Now in the event that they do succeed it would be difficult to go back to what they were before unlike the fine oiled machine if they succeed. Especially if there is bonus. I only know this from experience. Nothing is a better incentive than success.  I still dont have any gut feeling.
