IN MEMORIAM Gaetano “Guy” Lombardo Deceased: March 21, 2022

It is with sincere sadness that we share the news of the passing of our co-founder, friend, mentor, coach and guide: Guy Lombardo. As an early investor and true believer Guy had an enormous and enduring impact on VSBLTY as we grew from an idea on the back of a napkin to an emerging and formidable force in retail transformation, security and computer vision. Guy was not only an early and recurring investor but a trusted advisor as the company navigated private financing , initial public offering and rapid growth. His unwavering support and steady hand will be missed by all of us. Rest in peace Guy.
