RE:RE:RE:Earnings

RE:RE:RE:EarningsI'm perplexed k23. They did 10044 boepd with an additional 500 impacted by the processing plant so say 10500 was q1 production potential.  They were thrilled with the well optimization so that exceeded expectations so either the new wells were disappointing or decline rates were excessive despite the optimization. Something doesn't add up. With guidance at 12000boepd, and q1 at 10500 they would need to average 12500 the rest of the year to hit guidance. As was mentioned on another post it would have been reassuring to have been given the quarterly exit production rate but if guidance was held at 12000, they must have a plan. And I absolutely agree, tame them debt so that it cannot control the company if things go south. Plus with interest rates on the rise, they are saving future interest payments. Tomorrow should be interesting, oil prices are flat this evening so hopefully we get the full impact of the report and not a volatile commodity day that makes it difficult to determine how the market views it. But over the course of a week or two the picture will come into focus.
