MHP - Regarding your seventh point of a special dividend, has POU come out and stated that they are going to distribute a special dividend? I feel the word "committed" is not an accurate statement.

please let me know if im wrong, but I haven't seen anything publicly available that says POU is planning to do a special dividend.
