RE:RE:RE:Question pour les expertsAlstom did their own evaluation and decided to pay 400 mill less. At that time Bombardier had agreed to close deal and contest the lower valuation later. Arbitration was one of the mechanism mentioned at that time to settle this difference in valuation. So if anything it will be Alstom that has potential to lose as they are holding on to 400 mill in dispute. If they come back and say the amount they paid was still to high then its on them as they did evaluation and already paid lower. Alstom will look like fools to contest thier own valuation on BT. There are bigger issue then this Arbitration suppressing the sp.

TD came out and said the Alstom development is
weighing on the bomber and that's not because they
will receive anything. The bomber has stated they will
fight any claims made by Alstom and may challenge YOUR claim.
The request for arbitration was made by Alstom after their filing.
The stock has been under pressure since he news and it's
not because the bomber will be in the money it's the other
way around. The way it is as of now is Alstom is suing the bomber
and requesting arbitration and the bomber has not
accepted or denied as of yet. You will come back and
tell me I don't know the history and all I can say to that
is I do and have followed Bombardier for decades.
