RE:Annual Meeting news release out todayOne item they mentioned in news release suggests to me that they would be working on getting back on to the regular Venture exchange otherwise they can't excercise the RSU plan they approved.  That  would give them full status on the TSX Venture Exhange again.....

"In addition, the shareholders approved a new rolling stock option plan and a restricted share unit plan. The RSU plan is not eligible for use whilst the company's shares are listed on the NEX tier of the TSX Venture Exchange."
