Q: Why would this weigh on shares as TD states?
A: What about the other banks, are they as worried as TD? (rhetorical question)

Q: What was Alstom's filing for?
A: Maybe because they feel like that didn't really know what they signed for and want Bombardier to pay for their mistakes when it comes to due diligence.

Q: If the bomber feels it is owed the money why haven't they taken legal action?
A: I don't know, but they mentionned before that they still had this 'bone to pick' with Alstom.

Q: What bigger issues in your opinion is pressuring the share price?
A: Still lack of confidence when it comes to Bombardier.. imho... because so far results have been good in the last few quarters and they've even put more money towards paying the debt. 

Last to but not least...as a joke of course, because none of us have an impact on the sp.

Q: What exactly is Bombardier fighting then?
A: You, LE and the rest of the naysayers.
