The Engineered Materials segment manufactures fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels and coils, primarily for use in the manufacturing of recreational vehicles, truck bodies and trailers (Transportation). It also designs and manufacturers multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components technology for critical aerospace and defense applications.

Crew is releasing earnings on Thusday May 5 after market close. It should be a very good quarter. However, let's keep in mind that they spent $56M on capex in the first quarter. At the end of December, net debt was $406M. I would be pleasantly surprised if net debt is below $390M, and disappointed if it is still above $400M.
