If you put someone on ignore you will not see their posts but the reverse is not true. They will see yours.

And if you have someone on ignore they cannot send you a pm neither.
That's a good way to tell if the person says they have you on ignore but really don't. Try to send JD a pm. If he has you on ignore it will give you the message that you cannot because you are on ignore.

If you put someone on ignore and you still may be interested what they are posting than just log out of your account and everyone that you have on ignore are visible again. Read what you want. Log back in again and they gone again.
