REDUVO is a soft gel capsule used to treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and weight loss and severe nausea in people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. REBORN 1 is in phase II trial.

6. to consider, and if deemed advisable, to pass with or without modification a special resolution of the shareholders of the Corporation authorizing an amendment of the articles of the Corporation to effect a consolidation of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares"), on the basis of a consolidation ratio to be selected by the Board within a range between ten (10) pre-consolidation Common Shares to one (1) post-consolidation Common Share and thirty (30) pre-consolidation Common Shares to one (1) post-consolidation Common Share; and
