Well-rounded Fair Value Increase:
The ~4.8% increase in NAV/unit reflected continued demand for essential retail, strength in industrial and development milestones. Choice recorded a $412.7MM fair value gain, of which $294.9MM related to income-producing assets. Overall cap rates were 6.03% for retail, 4.89% for industrial (down 17bps Q/Q) and 5.10% for the rest of the portfolio.
