RE:Share Buybacks and Special DividendsThis is Canada there's no such thing as legal action .
They can steal all they want they can do what they want they will never be charged or sued. Not saying they're doing anything wrong I'm just saying shareholders have zero rights in this country.
The Alberta Stock Exchange or TSXV as it's called now is one giant fraud and no one's ever been sued. Yorkton securities was pumping and dumping their own junk shares to investors and not a damn thing was done ..there was a serious tskmtsk. Bre X how many people went to jail oops. Nortel was intentionally stripped to the bone and all the shareholders left penniless after the stock was ridden up and down by the shorters and the banks screwing investors.
If you look at the venture there is hundreds if not thousands of stocks that have run for decades without generating one penny of revenue. mtx hpq lnr etc
they changed their name every couple years and scoop. Eventually they just fade away and die and no one does anything about all the stolen money.
there is no such thing as white collar crime in Canada. Conrad black wasn't charged in Canada he was charged in EU S for violating Canadian law as canada wouldn't prosecute anybody.
Don't get me started on perjury in Canadian courts there is no such thing as perjury in a Canadian court. Lying to a judge or swearing false affidavits is not contempt of court and is never charged.
rant rant

TVE has stated they will do share buybacks or special dividends or a combination of the two when stated financial metrics are met. Which they expect in Q2.
If a company does not do what they stated they will be open to legal action from the shareholders.
There are some people speaking nonsense on this board.
They must have a secondary agenda or just be really stupid.
