RSI will remain in overbought territory in a strong bull (similar to the early 2000s). Could be an indicator of strong prices ahead. However it very often indicates a short or long term high.

Do triple tops hold? Yes sometimes otherwise sometimes not. If Suncor takes out $50 with conviction higher prices might come quick. 

Now to mix fundamentals with charting: with oil firmly over $100 I don't see a catalyst for a hard sell on Suncor right now though the markets will surprise you. Still as long as oil remains high Suncor should do well is my thinking.
