RE:RE:RE:Laura McintyreTo All:
The issue is why would she move on if the next stage larger scale commercialization of this technology. That would mean many more sites would need supervision of the installation of this system. One would think that Laura would want the opportunity to manage the installation of this technology on many more sites. While it is true that sometimes new management with larger project management experience is desired, the fact is that no one else outside of Axe has the current experience on installing this technology than Laura. Laura has now proven she can manage these projects. Why would she not want to grow with the company?
All that is left is not just the ramping up of oil production at Marwayne site. It is the beginning of getting contracts for new sites and building out those sites. Axe itself has stated that it has a goal of commercialization of this technology as early as 2023. That implies that many more project sites could soon be in the works.
I hope that Laura's reasons for leaving were personal family reasons because otherwise why would she want to move on a few months before the company starts new projects? As to saying her salary was costing the company money while her project was completed, they just raised $2 million in working capital. It does not make sense for the company to let go of the most experienced project manager of this technology. Nor does it make sense Laura to have left for another opportunity. It is very unlikely she has a greater opportunity then managing a roll out of future projects for the installation of this technology.
