We will see how many of the warrants were held by Scott when he converts them.

A RS at this point makes no sense, he would be punished by the market. If Q is cash positive for a few quarters and continues to show increasing sales, then an RS is certainly appropriate. On the other hand, if Q is cash positive, a RS may no longer be needed. Cash positvity could be the catalyst for a rising price.
