Clas is just a scam, ask DrewI jumped at 32 cents because of a poster on Drew's site basically calling these guys out. This fellow basically said you can be charged for fraud and making bogus claims. So when I mentioned it on Drew's site or here on Stockhouse that I had bailed on CLAS he deleted me as a patron of his site and continued with the scam and bogus nothing berger interviews with Rob and Salzman. They can't even do their accounting in a timely manner that should tell you something. I was wanting to come back because I was hoping I was wrong but doesn't look like I was. Was in it for couple of years believe the BS.
I jumped into THRM and am still in THRM and it's real close to FDA imo. Watch out for THRM though it's under heavy attack from shorters, its constant. But they THRM have gotten institutional investors to invest something that has not happened with CLAS from my readings. Soon as that happened though the stock tanked 50% after the 6 Mill PP. Who would invest 6 mill into a company then right after its drops 50% in value? Shorters, is just my guess.
This 6 mill that the company walked away with, aka the PP was just after they announced they had submitted all result to FDA for EUA. “Therma Bright Inc. has submitted its United States Food & Drug Administration's (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) application for its smart-enabled AcuVid COVID-19 rapid antigen saliva test for point of care (POC).”
So when it tanked it caused a lot of people to sell. But what institutional investor “H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the private placement.” does this? Invests 6 mill then it drops 50%, so I bought more. My average buy was 42 cents now 32 cents.
So were still alive and if you google how long it takes FDA on EUA applications of late you will find the answer is about 4 to 5 weeks on average.
It was 4 weeks April 29th, so this week? Remember the shortes are attacking constantly, but they might be a bit hesitant this week. GL, byte me Drew.
