RE:RE:29thNot filing on time is management dropping the ball, end of story!  If their dog ate the disc or the printed copy that might be excusable.

I hope not, but this is how it starts.  First they miss dates on filing, then they don't even try, then the halt, suspension and delisting and when you hit that stage it is all set up for the "snatch" by the preferred shareholders, initiators and financiers.

By that time there is nothing left but the crying for the public shareholders.

I guess I have to face the possibility of this company, that had so much potential, once upon a time, succumbing with the 95% failure rate that I expect for junior potpreneurs.

I used to feel confident that this company was 10 years old and had over 100 skus, plus awards for some of those chocolate skus but if they don't take care of business like professionals then anybody can tank.  The question is are they going to steal the assets or did they put real effort into building a company?
