once a US CFO hired. All major mgmt and BoD positions will be US based. The hope is the level of contact in not only the biotech space, but the investment space has been significantly raised. We expect that leadership's audience comes with familiarity, trust and history. Persuasion should come with less resistance from MM. So how much time does revised Bod need? Does new mgmt need 3-5 yrs of testing to bring on a serious partnership, or can they use imv's current data?

10+ yrs as public co has brought us to what at least looks like a big league roster - though usually an imposter sneaks into the process. Expect probably at least one. Likely the 1st to leave after the new team high has worn off. But a strong remaining line up should result. 

So big hitters - you get a few check swings waiting on the fast ball, then do your thing.
