Decent to good earnings..... but no direction on share buy backs and yet..... Brian is issuing shares plus using cashflow to buy more land will be looked upon a negative. I've been saying this since last October. Brian is not a fan of special dividends nor share buy backs. His compensation is based on production. Why would Brian pay himself less when he can simply buy more land to increase production. 


Our firm is shorting TVE. Average short price is $6.03. Looking for a share price of $4.50 or less this week!
