There is a deadline once the mine approval process was started.
I'm not sure but I think this deadline was feither or obtaining the mining license or for the start of production (Probably the former)..
Daniels stated the final deadline was 2030.
So this won't drag on past that year. - Worse come to worse, only 8 years to go!
