Where to Invest?

Where to Invest?I took some numbers from morningstar for the following 2 ETFs just for fun.

Ark Innovation (as of March 31, 2022)

P/E: 31.8 (don't know if it is forward or trailing earnings)
Sales Growth: 33% (don't know if forward or trailing or one or multiple years)

S&P500 (as of March 31, 2022)

P/E: 19.7
Sales Growth: 8%

For Crew Energy, we know, P/CF is <4 (4 for trailing and 3 for forward) and sales growth is >20%.  Not exactly the same metrics but why don't we see more people hiding in Canada oil & gas as opposed to these high multiple names?
