Crossing the red line

Crossing the red lineI'm pretty disgusted to read that the recently removed CEO Mr. Bakker has refused to transfer all the pertinent corporate office files, computers, passwords, banking and other info to the interm CEO and staff in order for them to perform forward fiduciary activities on behalf of us shareholders.
Even if he would never agree that it was justified to being relieved of his duties I find it very disrespectful and unprofessional to demonstrate this type of behaviour, even the original CEO showed the fiduciary respect at the time of his departure.
If anyone on the billboard could provide Mr.Bakker's contact Email and/or cell # in order to have a chat with him regarding this matter to express myself and number of other shareholders I know our extreme displeasure holding the company hostage like this.
If you would like just PM me please do but I think anyone who wishes to do the same should be given the opportunity as well.

Thank you
