Yes ,that's pretty much exactly what happened, love how the vote was done , witch I know is standard.

But aren't these companys started with equity from shares issued.  Anyway , what you find out is in a vote the class that gets no say is the shareholders or last  , and I get that debt holders ext.... and debenture holders got a say.  Just there isn't a company with out the shareholders. John something was the CEO and you know when they say management is so important , ano I know I haven't been to kind about CPGs management , but it's more that there not trying to excite people IMHO , and I feel they could do more to get the stock up moving higher

That being said upon further reflection , boring management that is being careful , is actually really good .

So I read later that the CEO of Lightsrram , actually has tanked 2 company's , yes two, and now he is apart of another involved in I want to say Africa or Columbia and it reeks.   If I sank my company ?  I don't get another chance
   Lol

Sorry to post about Whitecap here but it's relevant , and many of us own both , but you always see they get a premium on evaluations , ratings because there long term proven management.

You know , things have worked out for me in the oil/gas E/P space , and I didn't quit , like many of us , and think about the run up to covid , and then covid and negative oil prices.   We all stuck it out through those waves , and it seems bizarre just crazy , but today it's been more than worth it Overall , and it's a if you can believe it a Fun sector very exciting, and not for the week kneed.  Lol.

Anyway ,  I feel there is amd should be a exit strategy on this run at some point.  I want to make sure I come away , with no regrets aside from leaving meat on the bone for the person who buys my shares down the road.  That is good karma anyway.
