Spot on juneau103!

"represents an attractive opportunity for Imperial Shareholders to own shares in a larger, more liquid publicly traded entity at an exchange ratio that implies a 10.01% premium to the current trading price of Imperial Shares;"

The text above is taken from the news release yesterday, and it is almost unbelievable that this is all they can offer to their shareholders. Wow!!!!!

12.04. the stockprice ended at 0,295. Far above the 10% we are offered now. Analyst is rating the company between 0,8-1. What is happening?

And with Royals 203,843,231 shares outstanding after the Arrangement is completed we still have a rollback at some time to look forward to?

Sharehoders of Imperial could be diluted to crumbs.

It's hard for me to belive that shareholders of Imperial will support this agreement.
