Short Answer.
At exit Q3/21, KUB had $12.2 million US in assets of which about 50 %was cash.

Liabilities were $10.99 million US.
Subsequently, KUB received $10.6 million US for the sale of its Eastern UK assets.

That leaves about $ 11.8 million in net assets remaining, mostly cash which is about $14.8 million in CAD.....4.5 cents.
I estimate that Q4 was cash flow positive.

Plus $9.6 million US in 2P reserves...about $12 million in CAD...3.5 cents CAD .

Total value about $0.08 per share in CAD plus or minus 1 cent.

Thats my guidance .
Another chap had a range of 6 cents to 8 cents, so similar
