BOD and management has the highest ethic and governance;

Most of their contact are institutionnal and no institution will speculate on a possible deal;

I have my position and ready to buy millions of shares in both case;

Remember that TVC has over .07 usd cash per shares  and if no deal we have a shell;

A shell woth 1,5 to 2X cash in;

If no deal with Anglo; CEO said to my friend that plan B should be execute rapidely;

From his feeling following his discussion with CEO yesterday; Plan A is highly probable; and will happen in May
