Claritas Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly Kalytera Therapeutics Inc, is a biotechnology company that is focused on developing R-107 for the treatment of vaccine-resistant coronavirus disease (COVID) strains. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

Close but not quite ...... a 1 million share buy order at Market could take this to $2 if it happened quick but normally folks buying at market are pretty careful of the projected cost of the deal. But yes this stock is very very fragile and any big selling or buying can have a huge effect which leaves the like of Andy S in a fix when he wants to cash out some stocks . Last record I saw says Andy holds 2,751,299 shares. How's he going to monetize those shares?
