@Red. Now don't be silly. Of course there are other known pathways to neutropenia but only an idiot would design a trial that did not screen out those people. My point that you have clearly missed is that when SVA expands the study they also increase the odds of a patient who goes neutropenic and that is why conformal coating is so critical.
